 Gary Kent's Presentation

This MALSCE seminar will acquaint participants with the new 2011 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.  In addition to containing a number of significant changes, the new standards are completely reformatted and reorganized.  After a brief explanation of the 2.5 year process of developing and adopting the 2011 standards, Gary Kent will take participants through a section by section review of the new standards. With an effective date of February 23, 2011, this will be a timely introduction to the newest version of this ubiquitous national standard of the surveying profession.
