THREAT TO GPS  - Issue featured on ACSM Radio Hour on Monday, 3-14-11, Background:  WASHINGTON, DC -  A representative of a founding member of the Coalition to Save Our GPS told a House subcommittee on March 11, 2011 that a recent action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) could cause “consequences of disruption” to the Global Positioning Systems (GPS) that will be “far reaching, likely to affect large portions of the population and the federal government.”
The ACSM Radio Hour each Monday at 11 AM features national speakers with Host Curt Sumner for a discussion of key issues affecting surveyors nationwide.
