Agenda:  
President Eldredge will preside over a discussion of the Cape Cod Chapter's possible contribution to the Pleasant Bay Resource Management Plan.  Can the Chapter, or a committee of the Chapter, help to provide objective evidence of Pleasant Bay's ecology from the land surveyor's perspective and expertise?  What can the land surveying profession do to help preserve Pleasant Bay as a natural, recreational, and commercial resource for the enjoyment of Cape Cod communities and visitors?  
 
The Chapter expects to welcome Roy Okurowski, P.E., Marine Division Manager at Coastal Engineering, to its December meeting.  Roy will present an engineering approach to resource mangagement for Pleasant Bay.  Please visit the Pleasant Bay Alliance website for more information about the Bay, and the Coastal Engineering site,    http://www.coastalengineeringcompany.com/cape-cod-ma-engineering-marine.asp   for their coastal management prospectus.
