Until Monday, February 16, 2026, a block of overnight rooms for 2026 MALSCE Convention exhibitors and attendees has been reserved at the Boxboro Regency Hotel & Conference Center for the nights of Thursday and Friday, March 5 and 6.

Convention participants can make reservations at the discounted rate of $102.00 (single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes, which are currently 11.7% per room. You can reserve your room by calling the hotel’s reservation department at 978-263-8701 and mentioning the MALSCE Conference, or book online here, using code MAL26 to receive the discount.
All reserved rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Individuals will be charged for all cancellations made within 24 hours of their date of arrival.Â
Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. The hotel will accommodate early arrival or late check outs on a space-available basis only. All no-show charges will be assessed to the individual credit card on file for each reservation and will be charged for one night, room and tax.
