MALSCE Adopts New Bylaws
The November 1, 2018 MALSCE Board of Directors and Joint Eastern MA and Central MA Chapter meeting featured a second and final vote on amended MALSCE bylaws, which enable MALSCE leaders to respond to changing conditions impacting the association in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
